I can’t remember the email address I registered with

You can check the email registered to your account in Account Settings > Personal Information.

If you cannot log into your account, send an email with the details that you remember signing up with:

  • Name
  • Gender
  • Date of birth
  • Signup date (or approximate dates)

In case you have been charged for a Supporter account, contact us and specify the date of the last payment and the last 4 numbers of the card it was paid with. We will get back to you with further assistance.
