Someone has taken over my account

Your account might be compromised if you can’t log in with your password or your membership plan changed without your notice. 

To help secure your account you should:

1. Reset your password. This requires your verification through email, which you should make sure you are the only one with access to.

2. Contact us explaining what happened and when, and include your account information such as user name and type of membership. We will help secure and restore anything lost on your account.
