If you can’t remember or need to reset your current password:
Go to Reset Password and enter your email address to have a link sent to you and change your password.
1. Go to web.windowsight.com/reset-password.
2. Enter the email address registered to your account. If you registered through social media, use the email address used for your social media account.
3. You will receive an email with the subject “Reset your WindowSight password”.
If you have not received the email:
- Check your spam box.
- Try sending it again.
- The email address is incorrect.
4. In the email, click on Reset Password.
5. Enter your new password in the new page.
6. Save changes.
7. Go to web.windowsight.com/login and log in with your new password.
