Why is my account on Hold?

Supporter or Supporter Plus on Hold is a membership state that occurs when payments cannot proceed. If yours has, it will state it in your Settings > Account.

Update your payment information to resume Supporter or Supporter Plus. You can use WindowSight as a Free member until then.

Suspended accounts may see their Supporter or Supporter Plus as On Hold.
