Premium or Basic on Hold is a membership state that occurs when payments cannot proceed. If yours has, it will state it in your Settings > Account.
Update your payment information to resume Premium or Basic. You can use WindowSight as a Free member until then.
Suspended accounts may see their Premium or Basic as On Hold.
