Basic/Premium is not working

If you are experiencing WindowSight as a Free member and your account should be Premium or Basic, try the following:

  • Log out and back into your account.
  • Check that your Premium or Basic membership is active in the account you are having issues with.
  • Check the status of your membership in your Account page.
  • Check if your account has been put on Hold.
  • Check the status of your payment on your bank statement.

If Premium or Basic is still not working, contact us stating the steps you have taken and the email linked to your WindowSight account.
