All members can play any artwork from the app on their TVs.
Start by syncing your TV and phone. Just install the apps and pair your phone and TV:
- Open the WindowSight TV app
- Click on any artwork, and a QR code will appear
- Scan it with your camera or using the WindowSight mobile app
– If your camera doesn’t work, you can also go to go.windowsight.com/login-tv on your browser, login with your account and then type the code that appears on your TV, with the format XXX-XXX-XXXX
After that, your TV and mobile should be synchronized. You can then control your WindowSight TV app using the mobile.
Device States on your mobile app:
- Active and Playing: The device is on and playing artworks.
- Active: The device is on and ready to stream artworks.
- Disconnected: The device is off and cannot stream artworks.
We recommend you to update your phone’s OS to ensure you get the best experience with the latest updates.
