đźš©WindowSight TV app doesn't load on my Samsung TV

If after opening the WindowSight TV app on Samsung TV the screen does not respond (only shows the WindowSight logo), please follow these steps:

  1. On your Samsung TV > go to Menu > Apps > Downloaded Apps
  2. Hold down the enter button while selecting the WindowSight app and go to “Remove” App (not Reinstall).
  3. Open the TV App Marketplace again.
    Search for WindowSight and download the app again.
  4. Open the app, and it will work correctly.

đź’ˇ Tip: Make sure you click on the Remove the app instead of the Reinstall button to clear the app cache.
