Phone doesn’t read QR

If your mobile app cannot read the QR code:

  • Check that this device has not been synced already. 
  • Make sure you have allowed WindowSight to access the Camera. 
  • Relaunch the app on your mobile and TV (in case the mobile app is not processing the information properly).
  • Make sure your mobile camera is working properly and can read the code.


If your camera still doesn’t work, you can also go to go.windowsight.com/login-tv on your browser, login with your account and then type the code that appears on your TV, with the format XXX-XXX-XXXX
