WindowSight TV app doesn't load on LG TV
If after opening the WindowSight TV app on LG TV the screen does not respond (only shows the black screen), you can try deleting and reinstalling the TV app. Please follow these steps:
- On your LG TV > go to Home > Apps > Windowight
- Select the “Delete” option and delete the WindowSight TV app.
- Close the “Edit App List“.
- Open the LG TV Store.
- Download the WindowSight TV app again.
- Open the app and scan the QR code to sync the TV and mobile.
Tip: Make sure you click on the Remove the app instead of the Reinstall button to clear the app cache.

I can’t scan the QR code to connect my LG TV
If the QR code on the TV app doesn’t respond and you can’t sync your devices, you can try deleting and reinstalling the TV app. Please follow these steps:
- On your LG TV > go to Menu> Apps > Downloaded Apps
- Hold down the enter button while selecting the WindowSight app and go to “Remove” (not Reinstall).
- Open the TV App Marketplace again.
- Search for WindowSight and download the app again.
- Open the app and scan the QR code (the devices will be successfully synchronized).
