If the file displayed is not the one sent from your mobile app:
- Check if you are playing multiple artworks through a Collection / Playlist / Queue.
- Check the device the mobile app is sending the content to is the one you want.
- Restart the mobile and TV apps.
If the problem persists, contact us and report the problem specifying the details of the device that you are using (operative system, brand, model and app version).
