In case you are experiencing problems with WindowSight TV, please try taking the following steps:
- Log out of your account.
- Close the app (make sure to close from the background activity).
- Relaunch the app and log in with your user.
If the problem persists,
- Check for updates of your device’s OS.
- Uninstall the app and download the latest version from your device’s marketplace.
Bear in mind that if your TV has been rooted you can’t access the app.
