I want to pause Supporter/Supporter Plus

If you wish to stop being charged you may consider switching to a member account.

  1. Log in at web.windowsight.com/login
  2. Access your Account Settings > Account
  3. Click on Change membership plan and go to Free.

You will keep your Supporter or Supporter Plus Account until the day you have already paid for. After that, your account will switch automatically to a Member one. You can resume Plus anytime.
