If you wish to stop being charged you may consider switching to a Free account.
- Log in at web.windowsight.com/login
- Access your Account Settings > Account
- Click on Change membership plan and go to Free.
You will keep your Basic or Premium Account until the day you have already paid for. After that, your account will switch automatically to Free. You can resume Basic or Premium anytime.
