Art is not being displayed

If you press Play and the artwork doesn’t display on your TV: 

1. Make sure:

  • The TV is on and active
  • The WindowSight app is open 
  • The TV is synced

2. Check your internet connection. 

3. Check the status of your Membership in Settings > Account
