Install is not working

If the app (mobile or TV) appears in the marketplace and is available for download, but the process of install is not working:

  1. Verify that your device has enough space to install the app.
  2. Check that your device has been updated recently. 
  3. Check your internet connection. 
  4. Relaunch your device. 

 

If the problem persists, contact us and tell us the details of the TV device that you are using (operative system, brand, model and app version).
