If the app (mobile or TV) appears in the marketplace and is available for download, but the process of install is not working:
- Verify that your device has enough space to install the app.
- Check that your device has been updated recently.
- Check your internet connection.
- Relaunch your device.
If the problem persists, contact us and tell us the details of the TV device that you are using (operative system, brand, model and app version).
