Artworks doesn’t show

If the artworks doesn’t display, check your internet connection. If the problem persists, try relaunching the app.

Artworks in low resolution in mobile app

In case that the images in your mobile app have a notably low resolution, contact us and report the problem specifying the details of the device that you are using (operative system, brand, model and app version).
