Supporter plans are not working

If you are experiencing WindowSight as a Member and your account should be a Supporter account, try the following:

  • Log out and back into your account.
  • Check that your Supporter plans membership is active in the account you are having issues with.
  • Check the status of your membership in your Account page.
  • Check if your account has been put on Hold.
  • Check the status of your payment on your bank statement.

If the Supporter or Supporter Plus account is still not working, contact us stating the steps you have taken and the email linked to your WindowSight account.
