The app doesn’t work, it only displays the WindowSight logo

If you launch the app and it gets stuck on the WindowSight logo or stays in black, you should delete the TV app and install it again. Make sure to delete it completely, not only removing it from your home shortcut. Install the WindowSight TV app again and sign in with your account.
